The Ajman Free Zone received a delegation from the Port and Customs Department in Ajman this morning. The meeting reviewed several aspects related to financial affairs, including the mechanism of calculating fees, services and best practices in reducing the costs and technical systems used in preparation and follow-up of annual budgets and reports issued by the organizational units and supreme management and the mechanism adopted in achieving sound financial planning and ensuring the reduction of the rate of transfers and additional support. The aim of this visit is to strengthen partnerships between the two parties and exchange information and experience in the application of work methodologies including the improvement of the mental image of investors about the level of distinguished services in the Emirate and to give a bright national image through the application of the best practices applied to conduct standard comparisons between them in the course of work and implementation of financial operations and dealing with suppliers and financial transactions in both, in addition to conducting standard comparisons between the two parties regarding the innovation and best practices applied in them as well as the both parties are keen to strengthen their cooperation and exchange of experiences, information and the best practices applied in the departments and institutions and institutions and strive to develop the exchange of cooperation, expertise and information for its impact on the continuous improvement performance and quality of services and to benefit from the distinguished and successful experiences in this regard. The delegation of the Ajman Port and Customs Department praised the achievements related to the methodologies of work and achievements in financial affairs in Ajman Free Zone, expressing good cooperation with them, including serving the national interests in the Emirate and providing the best services to investors and customers.
