Faisal Al Nuaimi, Sales and Marketing Executive Director at Ajman Free Zone, announced an initiative on the occasion of the 46th National Day during which an international cycling team will take a bicycle challenge from the Ajman Museum, the oldest building in the UAE, and ends in front of the Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi, the world's newest museum.
Al-Naimi said that 18 amateur cyclists will embark on a challenging 170-km trip from Ajman through Sharjah and Dubai, where the end of the trip will take place in the capital of Abu Dhabi, specifically in the Louvre Museum, under the auspices of the Ajman Free Zone, Louvre Abu Dhabi, Emirates Cycling Federation, Police GHQs in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, as well as National Ambulance and Ewan Furnished Apartments in Ajman.
Al-Nuaimi added that the aim of this initiative is to introduce the history and present of the UAE on the occasion of the 46th National Day and to promote one of the most important cultural and scientific achievements given by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces when he said Louvre Abu Dhabi is a symbol of tolerance and is the gift of the United Arab Emirates to humanity.
On the occasion of the 46th National Day, the UAE is witnessing a national joy in which the institutions and individuals are competing in the expression of their national feelings that have existed since the birthday of the Union on December 2, 1971 to draw the world's paintings of loyalty and belonging attached to the walls of memory in order to preserve history and a prelude to a bright future.
Al Nuaimi and the members of the team expressed their happiness on this precious occasion, which is a clear memory of the beginning of a dignified life and human civilization in all its details in our beloved country, which gives creative indications about a civilization made by the late founder Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God Rest His Soul in Peace, and his sons followed him. Development phases continue until the Year of Giving under the leadership of HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE.
The team will be led by Faisal Al Nuaimi with the participation of 18 cyclists from the UAE, Denmark, Germany, France, South Africa, Britain, Ireland and Netherlands.
