The Ajman Free Zone received a delegation from the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman this morning. The meeting discussed several aspects related to financial affairs including the mechanism of calculating fees, services and best practices in reducing the costs and technical systems used in preparing and monitoring annual budgets and reports issued with organizational units and supreme management. The aim of this visit is to strengthen partnerships between them and share information and experience in the application of work methodologies and work processes related to Financial affairs, including improving the mental image of investors about the level of services distinguished in the Emirate and giving a bright national image through the application of the best practices applied to make standard comparisons between them in the workflow and implementation of financial operations and deal with suppliers and financial transactions in both departments.
The delegation was received by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Al Khaja, Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs, Ms. Ahlam Saeed Saif Al Suwaidi, Head of Financial Planning Section and Mr. Ibrahim Saeed Taha, Head of Accounts. The visiting delegation included Ms. Aisha Ahmed Al Harmoudi, Head of Payments Section, Mr. Issa Hassan Al Shaer, Payments Accountant and Mr. Khaldoun Rifai Mohammed, Financial Analyst.
The meeting was followed by a field tour, during which the delegation reviewed Ajman Free Zone facilities and services, especially the Smart Stores project, which attracted a large number of investors in the emirate.
The delegation of the Municipality and Planning Department in Ajman praised the achievements related to the methodologies of work and accomplishments in financial affairs in the Ajman Free Zone, praising good cooperation with them to serving the national interests in the Emirate and providing the best services to investors and customers.
